Editor can vouch that it is not only providing support for feeding disadvantaged families in Melbourne, but it is a lot of fun.
Hon Treasurer Peter Hanlon and young volunteer - all smiles!
Bob has asked for some new volunteers to help us out. We have inducted many new faces to Rotary Melbourne during lockdown. Could we suggest that being a Second Bite volunteer is a great way to meet Rotary Melbourne members?
For those of us, who have longer memberships, could we suggest that now might be the right time for you to join us on a Sunday afternoon, now and then?
You can bring your partner, do some shopping at the market beforehand or have a coffee/lunch. Bring your older grandchildren like Editor and PP Robert Fisher. The kids love helping Second Bite. Terrific way to get them on board with volunteering!
