"We plan to hold a short general meeting as part of the luncheon meeting on Wednesday, 27 January 2021.
The meeting will be held for the sole purpose of approving some minor changes to the Clubs Rules. The Chair of the Club's Governance Committee, Tony Greenwood, has recommended a few small changes to the Rules and these changes, and the reasons for them, have been briefly explained in the attached Rules Variation Explanation which has been prepared by Tony.
The meeting has been called for this purpose only and given the notice requirements for general meetings, this is the only matter that may be considered at the meeting we intend holding on Wednesday."
