NEW CLUB CONSTITUTION
To consider the following resolution as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION
That the present Rules of the Rules of the Rotary Club of Melbourne Inc. be revoked, and the Rules attached to this Notice identified as electronic file "Constitution Amended 20210127" be adopted as the Rules of the incorporated association in substitution.
