Not only did some of our newer members step up to assist the team eg. Carolyn Ballagh, but it was wonderful to actually meet some of our newer members in person who attended this event as their first meeting of Rotary Melbourne.

As President Marion conveyed in her report this week, the new format with a video online, allowed for thousands of people to view the video in their own time and space which has created much fundraising. We shall provide the outcome of the donations in next few days.
Some Clubs created their own event and fundraising which promoted Rotary to possible new members. With a conservative estimate, this year's International Women's Day event has reached 4,000 plus people.
