David was a well loved member of the Toorak 1 Group all of whom will miss him terribly.He was a beautiful man and had a great personality. He will be sorely missed. - Mary Barry.
What terribly sad news. I had planned on calling David tomorrow if we were to win tonight to suggest we wear our Demons scarves next Wednesday . He has been a wonderful Rotarian and incredible contributor to the Melbourne Footy Club . Hard to comprehend that David won’t be watching his Demons tonight. Special memories - Peter Dakin

It is with a heavy heart when I think of David not being around, not being able to take a phone call nor appear on our zoom meetings. A kind and gentle person with a warm smile, David left his mark and I am one of many who are forever grateful for knowing him. - Kevin Sheehan
