Stephen Joseph Rando (Stephen) was inducted on 1st September with the classification Project Management – Technology.
Stephen was born in Melbourne and educated at Balwyn High School and Swinburne University, completing a Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree in 2010 and then returning in 2011 to complete a Master of Information Systems Management & Master of Business Administration (MBA). Whilst at University he served as an ICT Student Ambassador as well as running the annual University Snow squad, attaining the rank of President
Directly from university, Stephen joined the ANZ Banking Group, in 2011 having significant exposure within the Technology and Finance services industry, holding various roles in these sectors. He has a very strong background in Finance & Technology operations with experience. Currently serving as a senior manager, based in Melbourne
Whilst at ANZ, Stephen had been appointed President of the Toastmaster International Public Speaking group. Stephen was invited to become a member of the Living the Dream Foundation where he has an active part in providing a positive response to the needs of at risk youth , serving other several internal committees Australian Network on Disability.
In his spare time he trains regularly within the Triathlon community and also with a run club within Moonee Valley. He is extremely passionate about connecting with people to find shared meanings and more specifically inspire others that nothing is impossible!
