After another 14 weekly meetings on-line since 4 August, when Professor the Hon Barry Jones ACC FAA addressed us after receiving the 2021 Monash Medal, we will all be welcomed back to our luncheon meeting at the Sofitel on Collins in-person on 17 November 2021, and virtually. For the time being, attendance in-person and virtually will need to be booked via Humanitix, and members / guest planning to attend will be required to show their official proof of double vaccination.
This meeting will highlight the annual State of the City address by Honorary Member and Lord Mayor Sally Capp.
The Lord Mayor’s address will be followed our Annual General Meeting.
Our new hybrid meeting format, enabling attendance in person or by Zoom will be enabled by our newly acquired large screen networked audio-visual equipment. This has been funded from generous member donations to the Rotary Melbourne Fighting fund. It will be an on-going feature of our weekly meetings.
