President Reg was pleased to announce that the Nominations committee has completed its work in preparation for the Club’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 17 November, and the Secretary has received the Committee’s report.
For 2022/23 Office Holder it’s nominations are: Peter Davis and Catherine Baxter as Vice Presidents; Honorary Treasurer, Jing Lin, to continue, and Auditor, Greg J McCluskey.
Directors – Carol Bond, Iqbal Reta, Chris Sotiropoulos, Bernie McIntosh, Nick Pelham and Carolyn Burr. Marg Leser will serve the 2nd year of her elected term.
Honorary Secretary Russell Board has indicated his intention to step down from that role on 30 June 2022, and we expect to be in a position to nominate a new Honorary Secretary by no later than April 2022.
As is now the Club’s established practice, Reg was delighted to announce that Catherine Baxter has accepted nomination for President Elect Nominee for 2024/2025.
Rotary Melbourne now calls for nominations for candidates for the Board of Directors and other positions for election at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 17th November 2021.
Nominations may be made in any number by any member in writing, each nomination to be signed by the nominator (other than the nominee) and another member of the Club, and to carry an acceptance of nomination signed by the member nominated.
Nominations must be received in writing by the Honorary Secretary – Russell Board by 2.10PM, Wednesday 10th November 2021.
