Prabal Soans was inducted on 15th of December 2021 with the classification IT-Management.
Prabal was born in India and moved to Australia in 2008 to pursue post graduate degree. Prabal has completed his Master of Business - Management Accounting at Monash University.
In early 2011, he commenced his career as Graduate Consultant with ADP (a global Saas company) implementing payroll software for ANZ businesses. Maintaining his passion for software, through his hard work he has grown in his career. In his current role as Implementation Director Finance applications for ELMO (a HRIS Saas company), he leads a group of consultants and is responsible for implementation services across ANZ. Prabal is also an affiliate member of IML AU chapter.
Prabal and his wife Anisha Christina Soans have a 3-year-old daughter Myra Ramani Soans who goes to kinder. The family loves going on road trips. Their longest trip till date has been up to the Sunshine Coast with a plan to explore the entire Australian continent by road.
Cricket is his favourite sport. He plays for Glen Waverley club during summers. He supports Australia only when they are not playing India. He loves riding his motor bike and is a big fan of Formula 1 and Isle of Man TT.
Prabal’s parents have been associated with Rotary Club in India for several years. In their local club, they have and continue to serve in several capacities. They both have held Presidency roles. This association has inspired Prabal to continue to serve and be part of Rotary Club. Prabal is excited about this new beginning and is looking forward to his participation in the club activities.
