In preparation for today’s reflection I stumbled on two quotes I’d like to share with you:
The first by Confucius
“by three methods we may learn wisdom
Firstly, by Reflection, which is the noblest,
Second, by imitation, which is the easiest, and
Third by experience, which is the bitterest”
The second by Charles Darwin
“Its not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent – but the ones most responsive to change.”
So in the spirit of good fellowship and in preparation for the new year;
lets be Wise,
adapt to our changing world, and
embrace our service and endeavor, that no one is left behind.
