Rotary Melbourne would like to update you regarding the delivery of the RATs which some members have ordered.
We acknowledge that the delivery is behind schedule and this is something which we have had no control over. The project is being managed by Rotarians in Rotary Melbourne and they have been doing their utmost to enable delivery to happen as soon as possible.
The message from the Manufacturer is as follows (in their words):
Just to give you an honest and transparent update - the factory is currently running behind schedule for the February 1st week orders and will advise a dispatch date for your order either by today or Monday. However, the dispatch will be no later than mid or late next week and ETA for delivery is 1-3 business days via Camerons express freight. We have been informed that they have had recently two separate single-day closures due to COVID contracted by staff.
We will be in contact again once more information is known.
We realise this is not an ideal situation and we are doing everything in our power to expedite the delivery.
