Claire Moore is the Founder and CEO of Sweet Justice Ltd, a Social Enterprise teaching Beekeeping within the Justice System.

Claire was the 2019 Agrifutures Rural Woman of the Year for her stacked enterprise farm on the outskirts of Kyneton. The award was the springboard Claire needed to found Sweet Justice, a charitable organisation teaching commercial beekeeping within the Victorian Justice system. Sweet Justice is now expanding into a large-scale commercial beekeeping business, employing and supporting parolees as they reintegrate into the community.

Claire is the inaugural recipient of the Rotary Club of Melbourne Environmental Sustainability Award.
