Peter spoke of the troubled background many experience in early and later childhood, and highlighted the importance of role models that connected with kids to help them imagine positive futures for themselves. Tenille spoke about For Change Co’s mission of eliminating youth homelessness through connection and work experience in her organisations coffee venues. The result is dramatic shift in the work and housing outcomes for young people involved.  On completion of  For Change Co’s  program, over 90% of trainees transition to ongoing employment or education pathways.  For more info visit https://forchangeco.com.au/
