Rotary Melbourne member Ahmed Tohow presented at the prestigious International Leadership Conference, with the theme “Toward Peaceful Reunification of the Korean Peninsula: Creating a Global Culture of Peace”.
The Conference was held on July 29 - August 1, 2022 in Manila, Philippines.

Ahmed Tohow was sponsored to attend the event by the Universal Peace Federation ('UPF'), which has previously awarded him the Ambassador for Peace Award.
Recently, Ahmed also became Chair of the Board of Directors of the Global Somali Diaspora, a London based organisation which provides the voice of the Diaspora to the development of Somalia.
