From pioneering its own digital public infrastructure and digital payments ecosystem that now empowers more than a billion people, to delivering nation-building transportation projects that connect cities, regions, and opportunity, India’s transformation is a masterclass in visionary leadership backed by disciplined execution.
As someone deeply passionate about artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the future of society, I was particularly excited by India’s commitment to leveraging technology not simply for innovation, but for inclusion, productivity, and national development at an unprecedented scale.
Our discussion reinforced the immense opportunity between Australia and India—two nations connected by shared democratic values, innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and a commitment to prosperity. The potential for collaboration across AI, research, advanced technology, investment, and infrastructure has never been greater.
