Meet a new member - Robin Whyte

Robin Whyte was inducted on 26th August 2026 with the classification Executive Leadership – Healthcare.

Robin grew up in Melbourne where she attended Methodist Ladies College and completed a Pharmacy Degree at Monash University.

She lived in the UK for 10 years where she worked in the pharmaceutical industry and completed a Masters of Business Degree at the London Business School.

On her return to Melbourne in 1993 Robin was recruited as a management consultant by the Healthcare Strategy Group at Accenture where she worked with several of Melbourne’s leading hospitals to transform their model of care to a patient centred approach. She subsequently worked as a management consultant at The Nous Group and eventually established her own consulting business.

In 2010 Robin transitioned into an operational role as CEO of a rural Health service and thereafter spent 25 years in various CEO roles of health and community care organisations.  Most recently Robin held the role of CEO of Northern Queensland Primary Health Network where she commissioned $90M per annum of community services tailored to meet the local needs of a complex catchment of 700,000 people.

Robin has also served on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army Youth Services and several State and Federal Government healthcare advisory committees.

In 2025 Robin returned to Melbourne to be closer to family and has now retired from management roles.

Robin pursues a keen interest in dance and theatre, and spends many happy weekends at the family house in Mornington. Robin is a member of the Central 2 Group.
