Happy Birthday to Professor Mimmie Watts!
We celebrate Mimmie and the wonderful contribution she is already making to Rotary Melbourne.
Inducted into the Club in May 2025, Mimmie has quickly become a regular at our lunches and an active member of the International Programs Committee, bringing her extensive international education, leadership and community experience to Rotary.
A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, education and inclusion, Mimmie continues to make a difference both here in Australia and internationally. She is also currently planning and hosting the 3rd Africa Diaspora Women’s Summit in Melbourne this November.
Mimmie, we wish you a very Happy Birthday and look forward to celebrating many more Rotary milestones with you!
Happy Birthday to our President Carol!
We also celebrate and congratulate Carol, the 110th President of Rotary Melbourne.
A proud third-generation Rotarian, Carol has a long-standing commitment to service and the public good. Her journey with Rotary includes the Rotary Peace Fellowship and an ongoing connection with its alumni in the South Pacific Region.
We are delighted to celebrate Carol’s birthday and thank her for her leadership and service to Rotary Melbourne.
