Both of these are imperative in funding our projects both locally and internationally. Thanks Ari for the link to watch this vital meeting: https://youtu.be/6KOYK3TXkSM
Much appreciation goes to Jim Orchard who last week visited the launch of the Lucas Mill at Bairnsdale. He has provided a terrific report on his experience.

It was marvellous to hear from PP Bob Glindemann at last week's meeting. Bob described the background history of Donations in Kind and the donations that leave in shipping containers (very scarce presently) for destinations around the world in aid of disadvantaged communities.
Members Lunches' Chair, David Carruthers created an inspiring look at some of our Members and their thoughts about membership of Rotary Melbourne.
The following is Sharann Johnson's My Rotary Story. Incidentally, Sharann is one of our very first female Members inducted in 1994.
Our District 9800 Governor, Philip Archer wrote in Networker this week, a terrific item around Rotary as peacebuilders.
What a perfect day at Sharann and Mike's beautiful home and gardens with ocean view across the golf course at Flinders. Finally, after 12 months, we were able to meet and enjoy a lovely lunch but most especially, each other's company. Photo shows Pam & Peter Habersberger with Reg Smith.

Instead of early morning start at Crown Palladium, you can book a ticket online and watch the event at your own leisure, from Tuesday, 9 March until 12 March. Maybe you organise a group and watch together. Look at the lineup of presenters:
